Who we are
Cozy Space Guide is a home renovation studio serving Salt Lake City and the surrounding communities. We plan and deliver interiors, exteriors and gardens, home security, fire safety, roofing, solar, windows, flooring, bathroom remodeling, and renovation loan and warranty guidance.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, unsubscribe from it, or contact us about a project.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email to people who have not subscribed, and we remove people from our list promptly when they ask us to.
Newsletter subscriptions and unsubscribing
Subscribing is optional and always requires your active confirmation. When you subscribe we record the email address you give us, your stated interests and the date of your consent.
Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe through the unsubscribe page on this website by confirming the email address you wish to remove. Once processed, marketing emails stop and we keep only a minimal suppression record so that your address is not added again by mistake. Messages already scheduled at the moment of your request may still arrive once, after which no further newsletter emails follow.

Quote enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as needed to follow up and then removed. Project records, warranty documents and financial records are retained for the period required by law, by our insurers and by the warranties we provide. Newsletter records are kept while you remain subscribed, plus the minimal suppression record described above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. You can also object to certain processing or ask for a copy of your information in a portable format.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, unsubscribing is always available directly through the unsubscribe page.
