Cozy Space Guide began with a simple frustration: renovating a home should not feel like a second job. So we built a studio that plans carefully, communicates plainly and finishes what it starts.
Our story
We started with interiors — small styling projects and room refreshes for neighbours who wanted their homes to feel warmer without a full rebuild. Word travelled, and the requests grew: a tired bathroom, a leaking roof, a garden that had given up.
Rather than hand families from contractor to contractor, we trained our team across the whole home. Today we plan and deliver interiors, exteriors and gardens, security and fire safety, roofing, solar, windows, flooring, bathroom remodels and the loan and warranty paperwork that holds it all together.
The result is a single responsible team, one itemised quote, and a home that feels considered from the front path to the attic.
